A class for people who want to have a better understanding of how competitive business opportunities are developed. An overview of the government procurement process is combined with information on how organizations pursue the capture management process, what is done to get ready for the proposal effort itself, and then the high points in the proposal development process.
This class is a great introductory course for staff members who do not participate in proposal development on a regular basis but will have to support proposal efforts.
